BURNSVILLE, Minn. (June 2019) – Kraus-Anderson Insurance, a national leader in risk management services, has promoted Jon Diessner as vice president of operations. He will oversee the agency’s property/casualty, employee benefits and surety operations.
Under the management of Jon’s father, President/COO Dennis Diessner, Kraus-Anderson Insurance has experienced significant growth in its insurance business as well as its risk consulting operation, Kraus-Anderson Risk Innovation.

Jon Diessner began his career with Kraus-Anderson Realty in 2009 as an assistant property manager. In 2011, he moved to KA Insurance as a property/casualty producer, where he managed new business development and client relationship management. In 2017, Diessner was promoted to director of operations, managing the agency’s strategic planning, agency administration and project management.
He serves on the advisory board for Kraus-Anderson Insurance and the board of directors of Kraus-Anderson Companies. Diessner earned his B.A. in Finance from University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business, and was named the 2018 Young Agent of the Year by the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Association (MIIAB).
