New OSHA reporting requirements

Effective in 2024, OSHA, both at the federal and Minnesota level, made some important reporting requirement changes.  The most significant changes result in additional electronic data submittals.  These changes were made to allow for better insights from OSHA and better public access to data.  The online Kraus-Anderson Insurance Comptrol claim reporting process is a great tool to facilitate the process and improve efficiency.
