Mr. Holland is a nationally recognized construction lawyer located in Virginia with over 30 years of experience. He provides risk management consulting services to design professionals, contractors, and attorneys on construction projects. He is the founder of the risk management consulting firm, ConstructionRisk, LLC and is a frequent speaker across the country on issues facing the design community. Mr. Holland is a published author of numerous books and articles providing risk management advice to the design community. His firm provides extensive contract review services for design firms as well as insurance carriers and brokers.

Mr. Hausman brings over 25 years of construction risk assessment and operational leadership. He has extensive experience leading underwriting businesses, serving large and small contractors including evaluation of risk and understanding of risk mitigation strategies. In addition, Seth had led large enterprise process and technology transformation projects, leading to efficiency gains and operational improvements. He works as an extension of a client’s management team facilitating the many processes associated with operational risk management and quality decisions. His combination of detail orientation and problem-solving skills enables companies to add discipline and efficiencies, while growing profitably. Seth focuses not just on priorities and recommendations, but also on successful change management and implementation.
